It is a fancy hotel and I appreciated its stocked rooms and attentive personnel. The location of the property is handy, near a train station.

The staff here are super helpful, the breakfast is awesome with lots of yummy choices. the hotel is right in the middle of everything, just a quick walk from a beautiful park. 🌟

i ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. i had central heating, a work desk and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Booked a room with 2 beds. Central heating, a safe box, and TV set in the room were useful. The location was particularly good and excellent, in easy walking distance of the centre of the town where there is a plenty of restaurants. And it was also short walk to Sanssouci park and other historical places and train station and the Old Town and local attractions.

The setting was inconvenient.

Seemed as though staff had to much to do e.g. mostly waiting at the bar all the time. Staff at reception not exactly helpful or attentive.

Near to the train station, near to some tourist attractions, beautiful view all around, no noise from the streets, nice staff.

Very expensive Internet sold on the basis of 24 straight hours. Which real tourist will travel to Potsdam to stay in front of a computer?

This hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the railway station and right in the center of everything. We loved being close to all the attractions, like art museums, restaurants, and the river cruise station. It made it so convenient for us to explore the city without the hassle of public transport.

The location, 5 min from Station and almost in the city centre is great. The staff in reception and in the bar was very friendly.

The Mercure has an excellent central location with a good parking area.It was easy to drive to the locations of historic interest which all have adequate car parking facilities (in June) Potsdam has fabulous palaces and gardens which have been lovingly restored to their former glory.Very good value on the no cancellation booking arrangement.

The kerb near the hotel front door which I did not notice and had a heavy fall

Convenient location, near train station and old town. Electric hot water jug in room. Good air conditioning provision. Polite front desk staff. Genuine care at check-in/out. Clean facilities. Contemporary design with pretty view. Delicious breakfast with nice variety.

i booked smoking rooms but was given non smoking, all the smoking rooms were taken, not very happy about this

This hotel is located in the center of Potsdam city, so very convenient to access also go to sight seeing. Hotel facility is clean and maintenance for room is good, also hotel staffs are kind and friendly.

Convenient location, comfortable bed, nearby restaurants, close to railway station, boat trips on Havel river, air conditioning.
